Returns & Refund Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Our bodies naturally produce geranylgeraniol (GG) via the mevalonate pathway. It's the same biochemical pathway that makes cholesterol, vitamin K2, steroid hormones, and CoQ10. GG keeps muscle mass and bone tissue healthy as you age as well as providing cellular energy. The body needs GG for protein synthesis and to convert vitamin K1 into K2 form, essential for supporting bone mineralization. The GG in GG-Gold® is naturally extracted from sustainably harvested Annatto seeds, a technique perfected by Dr Barry Tan after more than 10 years of research. GG is also found in small amounts in foods, such as castor oil, flax seeds, carrots, tomatoes, and olive oil.

Some studies suggest that CoQ10 might have a positive impact on reproductive health, particularly in women undergoing fertility treatments or those with age-related fertility issues. There is some evidence to suggest that CoQ10 may improve ovarian function and egg quality, which could potentially affect ovulation. By supporting cellular energy production, CoQ10 might help improve the health of ovarian cells and enhance the overall reproductive process.

Our Mitochondrial CoQ10 would compliment statin treatments and help promote energy and healthy muscle functions. A cholesterol-lowering drug (Statins) works early in the Mevalonate Pathway (by inhibiting HMG-CoA reductase). However, it also indiscriminately lowers GG which affects the synthesis of skeletal muscle proteins, vitamin K2 (specifically MK4), CoQ10 and hormones such as testosterone. By combining CoQ10 and GG in one capsule you can help reduce energy loss and muscle weakness while taking your statin medication.

Yes! Our updated Mitochondrial CoQ10 formula is now suitable for both vegans and vegetarians. The previous formula came in a softgel capsule which contained gelatine, making it unsuitable for vegans and vegetarians. As part of our reformulation we have moved to a vegan friendly capsule, so everyone can now enjoy the benefits of this product. It is also gluten free and free from GMOs and nasty fillers.
