Returns & Refund Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Glutathione is the single most powerful anti-oxidant your body produces and recycles. It's made in the liver, the organ most responsible for detoxifying your body, so optimal liver function is absolutely essential. By the time you are 60, your body produces half the levels of glutathione that it did in your 20s. As a result, your energy starts flagging and your immunity is lowered. Glutathione levels can be additionally depleted by infections, toxins, inflammation and poor nutrition.

Low levels of Glutathione have been linked to every major aging process in the human body. Naturally occurring Glutathione is essential for eliminating toxins from your body, keeping disease at bay, maintaining youth and sustaining wellness. Up until recently oral glutathione was poorly absorbed and most of it broken down by the body before entering the cells, making intravenous delivery the only viable option. Liposomal glutathione contain tiny liposomes, a phospholipid layer, very similar to that of the human cell membrane. This lipid (fat soluble) layer encapsulates the nutrients inside of it until it reaches the blood plasma where it is then directly absorbed into the bloodstream. This means most of the glutathione reaches your cells intact for maximum effect!

When glutathione is increased to youthful levels, we see improvements in our ability to repair, regenerate and look and feel younger. If your liver isn't functioning properly, glutathione production suffers, toxins overwhelm your liver and illnesses both short and long term will follow. Glutathione is also an effective skin lightener that could protect your skin from sun damage as it acts as a photoprotective agent. This is due to the presence of an amino acid called Cysteine. This amino acid has been proven to brighten your skin and promote a more even complexion by reducing the production of melanin in your skin over time. Glutathione's bioavailability virtually matches that of an intravenous drip, but without any of risks or hassle.

All of our Liposomal products, including our Glutathione, are created using a Liposomal technology. The Liposomal technology uses a unique delivery method that allows for a higher number of the nutrients in a product to be absorbed by the body. Using a liposomal technology for supplements allows for better absorption, 8x times greater bioavailability, and is more biocompatible to the human body.

Once opened, our liposomal Glutathione liquid and capsules need to be refrigerated and consumed within 6 weeks. You can store them while waiting in a cool dark place but please ensure it's not hot as overheating can affect the integrity of the product. Additionally, do not add the Liposomal to hot drinks or mix in blenders, as this can also destroy the integrity of the liposomes.

Glutathione and GLYNAC (N-acetylcysteine-glycine) are both compounds involved in the body's antioxidant defence system, but they serve different purposes and have distinct roles. Glutathione is a powerful antioxidant produced in the body, which directly fights free radicals, supports detoxification, and is critical for cellular functions. GLYNAC on the other hand provides the building blocks for glutathione production and supports various bodily functions. NAC assists glutathione production, while glycine aids metabolism and brain health. While both Glutathione and GLYNAC play roles in the body's antioxidant system, Glutathione is a direct antioxidant itself, while GLYNAC provides precursors that can support the body's production of glutathione.

Both versions of our product work just as well. There are minor differences between the capsule and liquid version. The liquid version has a higher dosage per serving, however one Liposomal bottle finishes around 5 days earlier (25 days) compared to the capsule version. Whereas the capsule version has a lower dosage per serving, but one bottle lasts slightly longer (30 days). We believe that the choice of liquid or capsule version is a personal decision according to the preference of our customers, as there are no major differences between these products. Some people prefer capsules, and for those who don't we have a tasty Mango-flavoured liquid version Glutathione.

Our body produces glutathione, but there are also foods that provide it. Spinach, avocados, asparagus and okra are some of the prevalent natural sources.
